CSTAT - Cyber Security and Information Systems technical area task contract (CSTAT) is a multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the Department of Defense Information Analysis Centers.

The purpose of the CSTAT contract is to leverage the best expertise from industry, other government agencies, and academia to solve the government’s toughest scientific and technical problems. The IACs serve as a ready tool for strategic, operational and tactical organizations within DoD and the broader community. The IACs build a community of subject matter experts (SMEs) and provide critical scientific and technical information (STI) for DoD, enabling it to avoid the creation of duplicate holdings of STI, as well as avoid duplication in analytical capabilities in various research and development (R&D) support components.

CSTAT supports the following technical areas:

  • Software data and analysis
  • Information assurance
  • Modeling and simulation
  • Knowledge management (KM) & information sharing (IS)

INSCOM GISS - Global Intelligence Support Services (GISS) is a is a multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting he U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).

The purpose of the INSCOM GISS contract is to provide a broad range of IT services and support, including but not limited to: intelligence and security operations, information operations, mission support for facilities management, logistics, training, and intelligence systems support, and sustainment services including program management, strategic planning, administrative and requirements analysis services.


DISA/USMC CyberSecurity Range - The purpose of the DISA/USMC CyberSecurity Range contract is to provide advanced information technology, cyber engineering, training, red team support, information assurance, as well as certification and accreditation services to enhance a real-world cyber security training experience. Additionally, this contract supports the design, build, test, and operation of some of the most sophisticated cyber range and training environments, capable of simulating full-spectrum Computer Network Operation (CNO) scenarios that prepare future warfighters anytime, anywhere across the globe.
