Douglas Jacobsen is a progressive entrepreneur with a multi-faceted background and more than thirty years of experience in cultivating multi-million dollar enterprises, such as JH Capital Group, a certified minority owned business and licensed debt buyer, loan servicer, and originator in all 50 states. Mr. Jacobsen has financially supported Semper Fortis since its inception in 2012, and is the Executive Chairman of the Board. He takes an active role in overall business strategy, strengthening strong relationships with institutional capital and technology partners, and furthering business development and promotional efforts of the company. He is an active participant in all strategic planning activities of Semper Fortis Solutions. Mr. Jacobsen received a Bachelor’s Degree in History from University of California, Los Angeles, and is a member of the Seneca – Cayuga Tribe of Oklahoma.

Patrick H. Rayermann – Director, Space and National ISR
Pat Rayermann began his career in the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the United States Army in 1981. He served in the Army for 30 years, first as a Signal Officer and then as a Space Operations Officer. His assignments included command, operations, logistics, cooperative international efforts, acquisition and policy development. Following 9/11, he was assigned to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Mr. Rayermann served as the chief steward of Department of Defense’s (DoD’s) architecture for satellite communications and as the Chief of Staff of the DoD Executive Agent for Space (EA4S) Staff. Mr. Rayermann is a member of the AIAA, AFCEA, the Society of Satellite Professionals International (SSPI), the Army Space Professionals Association (ASPA) and the Air Force Association (AFA).
